なんだかやる気がない、体もだるい、充実していない日々を送っている、イライラすることが多くて愚痴ばっかり言っている、

そんな日々を送っていませんか？

そんな方に是非やってほしい事。

それは感謝です。

感謝することによって、たくさんのメリットがあります。

心が潤うだけでなく、実は身体にもいいんです。

そして、人生が変わっていきます。

感謝すると、なんだか良さそう～っというのは、おそらく聞いたこともあるし、分かるけど、どういいのか分からないという方も多いと思います。

実は感謝がいいというのは、科学的にも証明されているんです。

感謝すると、ドーパミンとセロトニン、オキシトシンという物質が分泌されていることが分かっています。

何となく気分がいいな～レベルではないことが分かりますよね。

簡単に説明しますね。

ドーパミン

なんとなくやる気が出ない、という方はドーパミンが足りないからかもしれません。
ドーパミンは「やる気」を刺激します。「楽しい」「嬉しい」とかんじるのもドーパミンのおかげ。お酒を飲んで楽しいと感じるのはこのドーパミンが出ているからなんです。
その他に、集中力UPやポジティブ思考にも影響しています。

セロトニン

精神を安定させる働きがあるので、セロトニンが不足すると、不安になったり、鬱状態になったり、攻撃的にもなったり、不安定な状態になります。

オキシトシン

不安や心配などを和らげてくれます。心身ともにリラックスし、ストレスを軽減してくれます。安らぎを感じ、信頼感や共感が高まるので安心感が高まります。

この3つは「幸せホルモン」と呼ばれていて、運動や食事などから接種したりすることもできますが、感謝によってもこの「幸せホルモン」が増えていきます。

そうすると、最初に書いたように、やる気がない、身体がだるい、イライラする、といった状態から自然と抜け出せるようになってきます。

今、一回感謝しました、それももちろんいい事ですが、継続していくことによって、どんどん心と体が変わっていき、人生も変わっていきます。

なんでも、持続することは難しいですが、「健康食品を食べる」や、「毎日走る」に比べると、感謝するというのはいつでも、どこでも、そして無料でできることです。

そして感謝をしなれてない人は、練習をして毎日続けられるようにしていきましょう。
