「人生が思い通りになっていないな」と思っている方多いと思います。

なんで？こんなはずじゃ？どうして私だけ？と苦しくて、辛くて…

何かが変われば人生が思い通りになるんでしょうか？

結婚相手が変われば、上司が変われば、職場が変われば、、、

完璧な人生になると思いますか？

人生の定義とは、ある意味　「思い通りにならないこと」です。
思い通りではないからこそ、生きているのかもしれません。

人生が思い通りにならない時に、対応の仕方は二通りあるんです。

これを知っていると、人生が楽に回り始めます。

１　環境に腹を立てて、愚痴を言い、どうしようもないとあきらめる

２　この状況から自分は何を学んでいるんだろう？と考え、成長の機会と捉える

あなたはどちらですか？

１の腹を立てて、愚痴を言って、あきらめるのは簡単です。

でも、自分の人生、あきらめたなんて言っても、本当はあきらめきれるものではありません。

だから、ずっと二つの相対立した葛藤でもがき続け、辛くて苦しい日々を送ってしまいます。

２、成長の機会と捉えると、状況は変わらなくても、心が穏やかに保てます。

人生は思い通りにならないという前提で、私たちは生まれてきました。

こう書くと悲観的に聞こえるかもしれません。

でも、もうひとつ大事な前提は、私たちは成長するために生まれてきたんですね。

辛く、苦しい状況の中から自分を見つめて、それをバネに成長することができると思えば、
人生の全ての局面が学びになります。

そうやって、捉え方を変えていくと、いつの間にか心が楽になっていくことに気付きます。

苦労は買ってまでしろ、と言われます。

私もある先生に同じことを言われました。完璧な状況では自分が成長しない。思い通りではない状況があるからこそ、成長できるのだから、ラッキーなんだよと。

人生は、起こったこと自体ではなく、起こったことにどう意味づけをしていくかが大切です。

物事の捉え方を変えてみませんか？
