人間関係を良くするには〇〇を言わない

人と接していて、イラっとする時の一つに、

誰かにダメ出しされるということがありますね。

人は、色んなダメ出しをしてきます。

それは良かれと思ってしてくれてるんです。本来ならありがたいことです。

でも、それを聞いて、イラっとするんですよね。

なぜでしょう？

それは、ダメ出しは「正しい」ことだからです。

確かに、あなたの言っていることは正しい。その通りしたらきっとうまくいく、その方がいいって分かっている。でも、できない、でも、やってしまった。

だから、イラっとくるんです。

ダメ出しされて、「よし、そうか！じゃ次はその通りしよう！」とはなりません。

人は正しいことでは動かないんです。

では、何なら動くのか？

それは、ありきたりですが、愛です。

誰かが何か間違ったことを言ったり、したりした時に、「それは間違っている。こうしたらいいよ」と正しいことではなく、「あ～、やっちゃんたんだね、分かるよ、その気持ち。私も前にやったことあるよ。」なんて言われたら、「ありがとう、次はミスしないようにする！」って勝手に頑張ってしまうんです。

正しいことを言った相手には反発の心が生まれますが、愛の言葉を言ってくれた相手には、感謝の心が生まれます。

そして、正しいことを言われても、行動は変わりませんが、愛の言葉を言われると、行動が変わります。

人は正しいことではなく、愛で動く。

ダメ出しをしたいときは、正しいことではなく、愛を伝えてあげてみてください。
