潜在意識を味方にする方法②「私は〇〇！」と何度も言ってみよう。

潜在意識を味方にするには「繰り返し」が大切です。

なんでも新しいことをする時には、何度も何度も練習しますよね。

自転車も一回では上手に乗れません。こけてもこけても、何度も練習して乗れるようになりました。
自動車の運転もそうです。スポーツもそう。
今普通に書いているひらがなやカタカナも、小さい時に何度も練習をしました。

初めは、頭で考えながらやってみる、そうして繰り返していくうちに、どんどん、潜在意識に落とし込まれて、何も考えずに出来るようになるんです。

現在のあなたの思考の癖も同じです。

子どもの頃に、親がたくさん褒めてくれて、肯定してくれていたら
「私は出来る」と自信があるかもしれません。

繰り返し繰り返し褒められて、思考癖がついたんです。

逆に、子どもの頃に何度も「お前は何をやってもだめだな」と言われて育つと、一回目は、「あ、だめなのか～」と笑えても、何度も言われると「私はダメなんだ」と潜在意識に植え付けられ、それが大人になっても心の奥にずっとあります。そして、何かチャレンジしようとすると、根拠もなく「私はダメだ」と思って、自分を否定し、自信がなく、やりたいことがやれずに人生を送ってしまいます。

大人になった今、あなたが何か新しいことを始めようと思ったら、この潜在意識の特徴を味方にすることが大切。

ダイエットでも英語の勉強でも、初めてすぐ「や～めた」っとなってしまうのは、あなたの意志が弱いのではなく、この潜在意識に繰り返しの大切さを分からす前に、辞めてしまうから。

小さい時は親や先生に、「やれっ！」と言われるから、無理やりでもやり、何とか繰り返しやって、定着しましたが、大人になった今では、誰もやれと言ってくれる人はいません。

自分の意志で進まなければなりません。だからしんどいんです。

思考の場合はなおさらです。

自分がだめだと思っているなら、それを変えるには「自分は最高」って思考を。繰り返し繰り返し潜在意識に植え付けなければなりません。これはかなり一人ではしんどいですね。

今まで自分の素晴らしいところに目を向けることをしなかったので、ちょっと大変なんです。

でも、あなたの良いところ、頑張ってきたところ、たくさんあります。

目を向けなかっただけです。

紙に自分がやってきたこと、頑張ったこと、全部書いてみて下さい。
自分がどれだけ素晴らしかったか。
毎日毎日、書いて読んで、繰り返して潜在意識に落とし込みましょう

今「ダメだ」と思っているとしたら、それは小さい時からの繰り返しで、そう思っているだけです。あなたが本当にダメだからではないのです。

今からでも遅くありません、私って最高、よく頑張っている、って毎日毎日、10秒でもいいので、自分に言ってみて下さい

人生何かが変わり始めるかもしれません。
