潜在意識にアクセスしやすい時間があるのを知っていますか？

ぼーっとしている時や何かに集中している時は、催眠状態に入っている状態で、潜在意識への扉が開き、アクセスしやすくなっています。

だから、この朝起きた時の　「ぼーっとしている時」が大切なのです。

この時にネガティブな事を考えてしまうと、それが潜在意識にすりこまれてしまうので注意。

「今日も一日嫌な日かな～」とか「何か嫌な事が起こるかもしれない」と思うと、そのマイナスのエネルギーが本当に嫌な事を引き寄せてしまうかもしれません。

朝起きて「ぼーっとしている時」に、ポジティブな事を考えると、それが潜在意識に植え付けられます。

「今日も一日最高の日になる」とか「私も素晴らしい」「私の人生最高」なんでもいいので、ポジティブなことを考えてみましょう。

そんなことしても、何も変わらないって思うかもしれません。

でも９０％以上を占める潜在意識は繰り返しに弱いです。毎日毎日、こんなポジティブな事を植え付けられていると、適当に言っていた言葉も、そのエネルギーに引き寄せられて、いいことが起こってきます。

そんなの本当？って思っている人も、ポジティブシンキングをしたところで、何も失うものはありません。
