スピリチュアル的観点からのメンタルブロックとは？

前回の記事でメンタルブロックについてお話しました。
今回はスピリチュアル的にメンタルブロックを捉えてみたいと思います。

まず、メンタルブロックとは、家庭環境や、学校教育、メディアからの影響で、何か行動を起こす前から、「無理だ」「失敗する」「うまく出来ないんじゃないか」「人からバカにされるんじゃないか」と思う否定的な固定観念の事だとお伝えしました

スピリチュアルな考えでは　人は輪廻転生をすると言われます。

私たちはこの世に課題をもって生まれ、それを体験するために生まれてきます。生まれ変わる度に違う課題をもって生まれ、全ての課題を克服すると、悟りをひらき、この世に戻ってくる必要がなくなる、これが輪廻転生の考え方です。

そして、その課題は自分自身が生まれる前に決めて、自分自身に与えた課題です。この課題というのが、メンタルブロックです。ただあなたはその不自由さを体験するために今ここにいます。

親の影響で生まれたメンタルブロック。でも、その親もあなたが選んできたんですね。

だから、メンタルブロックは自分で選んできたと言えるんです。

「今回の課題は何にしよう、悟りをひらくために、まだ自分が体験していない、乗り越えなければならない課題は何だろう？」と、生まれる前に決めて、「その課題を乗り越えるのに一番いい環境と、人達はどこだろう？」と考え、国を決め、地域を決め、家族を選び、この世にやってきます。

そして、あらかじめ決めたように、親に育てられ、メンタルブロックを形成し、学校教育を受けメンタルブロックを形成し、嫌いな人と会い、辛い体験をし…

全ての体験が予定通りだと言えます。

覚えておかなければならないのは、
「あなたの源は光輝く愛の魂だ」ということ。
この源に戻るために、思い出すため、今あなたはここにいます。

メンタルブロックを解放するには、ただ思い出すだけで充分なのかもしれません。

我々はただ不自由さを体験しに来ただけですから、あらがうことなく生きていくことが大切です。

自分自身の源を思い出すために、今あなたは生きています。

自分自身の魂とつながる旅に一緒に出かけませんか？
