過去は変えられるのか？過去を変えるには〇〇をするだけ

よくある質問です。

過去は変えられます。

過去と言っても実は、２種類あります。

過去の出来事、
過去の出来事への自分の反応

過去の出来事自体は変えられません。
でも、その出来事への自分の反応は変えられます。

この、過去の出来事への反応を変えること、これを「捉え直し」と呼びます。

過去を変えるには、この捉え直しをするだけです。

例えば、過去に起こった辛い事ありますか？一つ思い浮かべてみて下さい。

私の辛かった出来事は、はやり父との関係でした。

父にずっと怒られ続けて育ったので、いつも父が嫌いで、家ではほとんど話すことをしませんでした。

出来事：父がお酒を飲んで酔っ払う。数時間の説教をされる。

これは変えれるものではありません。事実です。

それへの反応：

当時はもちろん、酔っぱらって、理不尽な事を言う父を理解できませんでしたし、大嫌いでしたが、心理療法を学び、スピリチュアル観点から私と父との関係を見た時に、酔っ払いの父がいて、自分を表現することを抑え込まれたおかげで、私は、その後自分をどう表現していけばいいのかを見出だし、自分の居場所を見つけ、自分らしく自分を表現できる環境を見つけることが出来ました。

怒られず、のびのび暮らしていたら、今の幸せを感じることはなかったと思います。

コップに水が半分入っています。これは事実です。

どんなことも私たちがどう物事を捉えるかで、人生が変わってきます。

今あなたに起こった辛かったことを思い出してみて、捉え直しが出来ますか？

その辛い思いがあったからこそ、今のあなたがある、そんな風に思えて感謝に変えられた時に、過去を変えることが出来たと言えます。
