でも、できない…
みんな、ゴールに向かって一直線に進めれば問題はないですが、進めない、
それは心の中に葛藤があるからです。
やりたい、でも、やりたくない
これは、心の中にアクセルとブレーキがあり、
どちらも同時に押している状態なんですね。
これでは前に進めるはずはありません。
じゃ、アクセルだけもっと強く踏めばいいのか？というと、そうではないんですね。
アクセルを強く踏むことに力を注ぐ前に、ブレーキを踏まないようすることが大切です。
心のブレーキ＝「やりたくない」という気持ち
これはどこから来ているのでしょう？
そこをしっかり見つめてあげましょう。
ブレーキは不必要な物ではなく、無茶や無謀やことをしないために大切な物です。
やりたくないという気持ちの原因は何か？
「以前にもやったことがあるけど、失敗した」
「挑戦して出来なかったら、みんなに笑われて恥ずかしい」
「そもそもやらなくても、このままでも大丈夫だし…」
いろんな気持ちがブレーキの裏に隠れています。
その気持ちを無視するのではなく、認めてあげましょう。
「前にも失敗したから、怖いんだね」
「笑われたら恥ずかしいよね」
「今のままの方が楽だよね」
まず、一度その気持ちを認めてやらないと、気持ちは心の中で暴れっぱなしです。
その気持ちを認めてやることで、心は暴れるを止めて、心のブレーキは外れていきます。
あなたのブレーキとなっている気持ちは何ですか？
その気持ちを全部書き出したりして、整理してみましょう。
そして、その気持ちを認めてあげる。
それが前へ進む第一歩です。
