自分を変えるためには、〇〇を変える

自分を変えたい、人生を良くしたい、そんな風に考えている方多いと思います。

今までの人生は変えることは出来ません。
でも、これからの人生は変えることができます。

これからの人生を変えるのはどうしたらいいのでしょうか？

マンゴーの木というお話があります。

マンゴーの実を食べるには、どうすればいいでしょうか？
マンゴーの種を植えなければなりませんよね。
マンゴーの種を植えることで、初めて、甘くておいしいマンゴーの実が食べられます。

今、マンゴーの種ではなく、苦くておいしくない実の種を蒔いてしまったら、どうでしょう？
どれだけ待っても、マンゴーの実は出来ず、苦くておいしくない実を食べなければなりません。

人生も同じです。

今、自分がしていることで、未来が変わってきます。

今、愚痴を言い、不満を言い、自分を責めて、自分を傷つけていると、その結果が、未来もっと生き辛さを生み出します。

今、変わろうとして、何か行動を始めると、時間はかかるかもしれませんが、確実に未来が変わり始めます。

その行動は、大きいものである必要はありません。

朝起きた時に「今日は素晴らしい日になる」と言ってみる。そんな些細なことでかまいません。

私たちは、本を読んだり、人に話を聞いたりして、人生を良くする色んな方法を学びます。
でも、それを実践する人は少ないんですね。

未来を変えるには今を変える。

人生を良くしたい人は、今マンゴーの種を植えましょう。
