今日は、もう一つの反応の仕方を紹介したいと思います。
それは、
怒りは受け取らない
これはブッダのお話から来ています。
もし、あなたが何か贈り物をもらって、それが素敵な、あなたの欲しいものであったら、あなたは喜んでそれを受け取ります。
反対に、その贈り物が、欲しいものではなかった場合、あなたは受けとる必要はありません。
あなたが受け取らなかったその贈り物は、送り主に返されます。
怒りも同じです。
怒りが必要な物ではなく、欲しくないのであれば、受け取る必要はありません。
受け取らなかった贈り物は、当然送り主に返っていきます。
送り主は、自分が送った怒りを自分で受け取ることになります。
怒っている人は、ほんとは弱い人です。弱くて、間違いを許せず、相手を責めることしか、優越感に浸ったり、心を落ち着かせる方法を知らない人です。
そんな、弱い人の怒りを受け取る必要はありません。
怒りを受け取った時は、自分を責めたり、怒り返したりせず、そっとその怒りを、送り主に返しましょう。
