断捨離をするほんとの理由とは

一時、断捨離がブームとなりました。
今でも、断捨離をする人は多いのではないかと思います。

では、どうして断捨離をするのか、本当の意味を考えたことはありますか？

部屋が片付いてスッキリする。
片付けると，いらないものを買わないようにするから経済的にも助かる。

そんな理由が第一に挙げられます。

私が思う、断捨離の本当に効果は、エネルギーが変わるという事です。

断捨離をする時、たくさんの物を捨てていきますが、捨てる基準、残す基準は、自分が好きか嫌いかですよね。

断捨離前は、好きな物とそうでないものに囲まれていた暮らしが、断捨離をして好きではないものを捨てていくと、好きな物だけに囲まれて暮らしていくことになります。

何を見ても、何を手に取っても、それが好きな物。それって、心がわくわくするんですよね。心がわくわくすると、エネルギーが変わり、波動が上がります。

普段、仕事でしたくない事をしたり、話したくない人と話したり、テレビやニュースで嫌な情報が耳に入ったあり、私たちは自分のエネルギーが下がることにたくさん直面しています。

自分でコントロールできないところもあるかもしれませんが、家の中の物は自分でコントロールできるものです。

自分の好きな物だけに囲まれて暮らすと、心がわくわくして、エネルギーが上がります。そのために私たちは断捨離をするんです。

私も小さな断捨離はよくしますが、一度大きな引っ越しをする時に、大きな断捨離をしました。捨てたくないものがたくさんあって、そのものよりも、そのものに対する思いが捨てられなくて、何度も涙しながら捨てました。今も思い出のあるものは捨てるのが難しいですが、物自体は不必要で、それを見るたびに違和感を感じていたので、捨ててしまうと、その違和感を感じていたエネルギーが私の中から消えて、波動が上がるのが分かります。

思い出は捨てにくいですが、心の中にしまっておけば、物がなくても大丈夫です。

捨てられないものがある時は、その理由を考えて、自分の中の執着に気付いていくと、物が捨てられるようになるかもしれません。
